WHERE WE BEGIN

On Ahkam, President Robert Calum, guided by his vision of unity and cooperation, becomes the beacon of hope for his people, amidst threats from power-hungry forces like Timur Subatai of the House of Subatai. Scientist Dr. Seline Silvers stands at the forefront of technological advancements, hoping to build a prosperous world for the Ahkamians and ready with open arms to welcome the Earthlings. While Victor Shutlan, a top military officer, takes the opposite approach and stands guard against what he believes to be potential threats to his homeland. Walter Zimmons, a soldier marked by spiritual visions, faces challenges and personal dilemmas in the changing world order.

Rayn (pronounced rain) Waters, a decorated fighter pilot and instrumental figure of the A.R.C.C., was selected to pilot the daring mission to escape from Earth. His wife Diana, also a fighter pilot, renowned for her bravery and determination, made the ultimate sacrifice, laying down her life to save the A.R.C.C. from destruction by Earth's rebels. Following her demise, Rayn, their two children, and Diana’s father Brahma, became part of the chosen few, the best and the brightest Earth had to offer, selected to embark on this daunting journey. 349,712 souls made it aboard the A.R.C.C. before it escaped the dying planet on route to another world in an epic leap of faith. A journey underpinned by hope and colored by universal personal loss.

On Ahkam, President Calum, the first leader to be chosen via a special election called for by the Districts, was steering his world towards an epoch of peace and prosperity. Alongside him, Dr. Seline Silvers, a brilliant microbiologist, worked tirelessly to make Ahkam a viable home for the incoming Earthlings.

But in the shadows of this new era, General Shutlan, a military veteran and political adversary to Calum, perceived the imminent arrival of the Earthlings as a threat. Propelled by deep-rooted fears and patriotic fervor, Shutlan began assembling support to prevent the colonization of his world.

The long-awaited day of first contact finally dawned. A day intended to be a testament to unity and hope across species, was marred by a tragic disaster that changed the course of history. Thus, a chapter of survival, suspicion, and stark revelations was set in motion, a chapter that would test the mettle of both Earthlings and Ahkamians alike.
